Throughout her 17-year career in South Florida, Theresa has worked as a senior vice president commercial loan officer. Prior to moving to South Florida in 2000, Theresa Sebastian held various positions in real estate, as an investment real estate analyst for the 13th largest retirement fund in the country, and construction finance in the Chicagoland area. Theresa has significant business development experience and a proven track record in commercial real estate and business lending, SBA lending and lending to condominium associations. She is responsible for developing new business relationships in the Broward County market.

During her career, Theresa has been active in various civic and charitable organizations. Former member of the Board of directors for the Pompano Beach Chamber, is a member of the CRA Microenterprise Business Loan Fund Program and a voting member of The City of Pompano Beach Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Program. Sebastian has also been affiliated with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton since 2005. Fort Lauderdale Chamber Women’s Council Board of Directors. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and is currently working toward a Master of Juris Doctorate degree from FSU.
