Jaron Luttich, Esq. is a licensed attorney and a 2005 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. He served on the University of Kansas Law Review where his article examined the impact of Lawrence v Texas (2003) on the inconsistent and discriminatory treatment of LGBT individuals under the Kansas “Romeo & Juliet” laws. After practicing litigation, he spent over a decade consulting with law firms and corporate legal departments on process improvement and advanced technology applications. He is now one of the Co-Founders of Element Standard, a company dedicated to improving the practice of litigation for lawyers, case teams, and clients alike with modern legal technology.
